For me, home is where my family is. The place is not so much as important as the people we spend our time with.
What do you love most about your role with Foster’s Food Fair, Ltd.?
I love working for a company that puts people first. Both customers and their employees. I also like the day to day challenges of product flowing in and out of my warehouse and keeping the stores supplied and ultimately the people fed. It sounds like it should be a simple concept but there are a surprising number of hurdles that must be crossed to do so effectively and efficiently, like Foster’s does, in the grocery industry.
What is your all-time favorite meal?
I would drive hours to get a Lou Malnati’s original deep dish pizza from Chicago!!! This is always a guaranteed pit stop when visiting family in the area.
